Why a minimum of three months?+
Systemic change needs more than a decision. It needs a cycle of execution, feedback and correction.
Is this coaching or consulting?+
It combines strategic expertise, mentorship and practical work. I may give a direct answer, ask a difficult question, teach or help create the solution.
Do you work with the team?+
Yes. When useful, key sessions include the people responsible for execution, so decisions do not remain only with the owner.
